Final Verdict:
There are many issues which I faced with Purplle.com :
- Orders are dispatched at their own convenience.It can be 15-30 days to dispatch a order which is really terrible service.
- It seems that they procure products after placing order.Otherwise it is always listed as available on site.
- It is pretty much impossible to reach customer care.If you do,no proper communication or resolution from Customer care.
- Products are not dispatched early nor do they update their stocks early.
- Packaging is not up to the mark,I received a leaky toner.
- No matter whatever issues crop up,they will not communicate and keep the customer updated.
Initial two orders were okay but after that I faced problem with every order.You will never know when and if you will ever receive the order or not.
Overall it is not a very reliable site.They have a lot of work to be done!
