Hi Everyone!

Time for another website review.All of you are familiar with Shopper Stop Retail Stores which you can easily find in pretty much in every mall in all major cities.But what most of you don’t know is they also have a online store.Well how did I get to know?I have a habit of finding online stores for every brand/product.Shoppersstop.com has been one of my favourite online stores much before another portals like Jabong,Myntra came into existence.I think I have been shopping from their online store from past 7-8 years.Read along to find out more about the site!

Final Verdict:

The website to caters to wide range of categories.Site navigation is easy.You will find almost the all the store products online.They generally have them in good stock.Incase it is not available in ware house inventory,they try to procure from Shopper Stop Stores and send it.
I am loyal customer of Shoppers Stop from many years and not once I had any kind of issues with the website.
They always some offers and discounts.You can sign up for their newsletter and coupons/offers will be mailed you on a regular basis.
The order is generally dispatched in 24-48 hours and email notification will be sent with all tracking info and courier details.Generally they use Aramex or Bluedart shipping.
The order is always and always packed properly and carefully sent be it shoes or cosmetics or home furnishing etc.I never received damaged items.

Some times during Festive seasons like Diwali,New Years,Raksha bandhan they do send Cadbury chocolate gift packs.
Long time back once they had sent me wrong size of shirt.I called up the customer care and they arranged for a pick up facility within 24 hours.The correct size shirt was delivered in the next 2 days.Customer care is very good and friendly.They patiently help out with customer’s queries.If there is any delay in shipping or any other issues it will be communicated.
Product I frequently buy on their website are : W Kurtas,AND Tops,Dresses,Shoppers Stop Leggings( A Must Buy for Girls!!)Chambor cosmetics which are not easy to find online,Jewellery,Bags,Home Furnishings and yes Tresmode shoes again which are not again easily available online.I own more than 30 pairs of Tresmode shoes which I bought on Shoppers Stop website(Yes I am Huge Shoe-O-holic!!).

Initially they did not have Cash-on-delivery option.From past 2 years now they offer COD option as well.There no additional charges for COD or shipping.There is no minimum order value either.
You can also buy gift vouchers which is redeemable online and at all Shoppers Stop stores.May be I will have another Shoppers Stop GV Giveway soon!What say guys !
And yes I forgot you get loyalty points for every order which you can redeem at shoppers stop stores.
