In my bid to look for Avene,Sebamed,Ducray products online,I happened to bump to a relatively new site called theskinstore.in. After browsing I found out that it is a Bangalore based site.They had a array for brands which are available and I thought I would try it once and see.So here is the review.

Final Verdict:

This is a very good site.They stock some high end brands like LaRosche, Clinique, Dermalogica, Uriage, A-derma,Dr.Reddy’s etc.For complete brand directory,click here.The site navigation is easy too,they have products sorted according to skin types, skin needs, age,gender so you don’t have to worry about choosing the product.I have shopped with them couple of times.Their service is really good.Within 24 hours the item is dispatched and tracking info is sent via email.I have received products the very next day.The products are neatly packed too.The customer support is pretty good.Once I ordered wrong item by mistake and they immediately cancelled and refunded the amount.Two major drawbacks are they do not have cash-on-delivery option and their free shipping is applicable to orders above Rs 2500 which is very high.But on the other hand there is no minimum order value so you can purchase one item.I have had no issues with the site so far.One more suggestion would be they should have some attractive offers or discounts,because we all know we love it

!So to summarise its a safe and reliable site.
